Materials Library

Comprising several hundred innovative and unique materials, the Lumen Materials Library will showcase the latest trends in design and manufacturing to the public.

Functioning as both a research tool and a source of inspiration, this space will allow visitors to handle, analyse, and compare approximately 400 material samples, as well as access a database containing over 9,000 references.

Specialised literature will be available for on-site consultation, and regular events will be organised to delve into the issues and prospects related to materials.

The Materials Library is an initiative of the Design Spot, the design center of the University of Paris-Saclay.
